To request a refund, contact customer service within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Qingfeng Accelerator aims to provide a 99.95% service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Qingfeng Accelerator shall not be liable for any compensation for service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. We will strive to notify users in advance of planned maintenance windows.
